In an increasingly crowded marketplace it can be difficult to attract the best graduates.

In response to this growing problem, Oxford and Cambridge Students' Unions (in association with Oxford and Cambridge Careers Services) have developed a new online channel providing recruiters with access to the 20,000 Oxbridge students looking for work – whether it be an internship or a full-time graduate position.

 

For recruiters, we've provided a variety of functions designed to introduce you to the right students and graduates with minimal fuss. There's the usual CV search and event listings of course – but also live Web Chat, video streams and podcasting. Plus access to the OUSU and CUSU e-mail database.

The web site also gives you control of your own recruitment campaign: content can be varied by authorised users at any time - and you can choose to use one or more of the services provided on a "pay as you go" basis.

 

Not Just A Web Site

 

The web site allows recruiters to review and book other media as part of a coordinated campaign on campus. The Offline Media section provides information on all of the opportunities available via OUSU and CUSU - from booking presentations to press adverts.

Recruitment Microsites

Recruiters are provided with a Microsite that you can amend at any time.

Microsites allow you to introduce your company (150 words of text) and provide corporate branding opportunities. There's also space to provide contact details and we can include hyperlinks that provide students with easy access to a recruiter's own web site.

Vacancy Listings

List your student and graduate vacancies, with recruitment deadlines and presentation dates.

CV Search

Search CVs online to find the candidates most likely to match your requirements.

Video Streams of Presentations

Express yourself. Video streaming on oxbridgecareers.com offers a brilliant opportunity to spread your corporate message, giving students increased awareness of your company's work and culture, and the the opportunities that you offer.

Podcasting

Give students access to sample job interviews etc – allowing them to download and listen at any time.

Event Listing and Calendar

Order an event or deadline listing so that students don't miss out on presentations. All listings are entered into the centralised oxbridgecareers.com calendar and are automatically fed through to a candidate's home page. E-mail alerts, linked to the calendar, can be sent to remind students of upcoming events and deadlines.

Live Web Chat

Even the most committed student can't attend every presentation. The Web Chat facility allows students who've missed the presentation, or simply want to find out more, to chat to potential employers at a time which suits everyone.
